Unlock important insights from your team's Zoom interactions
Video calls are a critical tool for the modern sales team, but is your team using Zoom as efficiently as possible?
On your Saleboat Dashboard page, locate the Link your Account section, then choose the option for Zoom. This will launch a new tab in your browser.
Next, use your company Zoom credentials to log in. Please note that the account you use for this integration must be an admin account for your company's Zoom account.
Zoom will prompt you to authorize your consent for Saleboat to bring in your data. Once complete, you’ll receive a confirmation message, and can now return to Saleboat.
After linking your Zoom account to Saleboat, there will be a delay until all current data is synced. Full integration may take up to six hours, depending on your Zoom account usage.
Once this syncing process is complete, Zoom date will begin appearing on your Insights tab within Saleboat. Click Insights to view an hour-by-hour representation of how each of your team members spent their day, across all their interactions.
To remove your current Saleboat - Zoom integration, navigate back to your company's Zoom account. In the top right corner, select Manage, then choose Added Apps.
Simply find Saleboat in this list of installed apps, and click Remove.

Please ensure that the Zoom account in question is an admin account for your company's plan. If you did not initially use an admin account, remove the integration and try again with an admin account.

No, all integrations are optional -- just choose the ones that make most sense for your needs.
Double-check that you have synced the same Zoom account that your sales reps are utilizing. If you've accidentally integrated with (for example) your personal Zoom account instead of your business account, just remove the integration and try again.
