What ARE KPIs?

KPIs are key performance indicators, but how can sales reps hit performance metrics if they don’t understand what they are? Hint: They can’t. Saleboat’s GTM leader Lindy dives into this Reddit story about a rep who doesn’t know what their KPIs used to be. And now can’t answer the sales interview question, “What were your KPIs?” Yikes! But a rep not knowing their sales KPIs isn’t just an interview problem. It’s a performance problem that leads back to management.
